Jesus said to his disciples: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place. Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do so will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven. But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the Kingdom of heaven.”
Are you going to be the least or greatest in the Kingdom? The world today is being taught to break these commandments. We are so wrapped up in self that we do not see the truth of them. Those who stand up for them are ridiculed and harassed. So, where will you be? Among the greatest or the least? Only you can decide.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I have seen your truth and will obey and stand up for your commandments. I saw your truth in action and that is all I want to follow. In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
Praise the Lord, Jerusalem.
