Jesus said to his disciples: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place. Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do so will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven. But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the Kingdom of heaven.”
Do you ever wonder what God thinks of us today? So many untruths are passed on as His word. The world is breaking His commandments every chance it gets and the sad part, no one seems to care. What do you do for the least in His kingdom? Your actions will determine your eternal life. Be cautious as you search your soul. You may not like what you find, but it is not too late to fix it.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to stay your path when the world tries to lead us astray. May I receive the words I need from you, in Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
Keep me safe, O God; you are my hope.
